2. Services Provided

MoJo Luxury Tours offers personalized luxury travel itineraries, bookings, and private tour arrangements. The details of your tour will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Deposit Payment:

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

    • This deposit is necessary to cover initial costs for reservations, accommodations, and services.

  • Final Payment:

    • The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour start date.

    • If the final payment is not received by this date, the booking may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations:

  • More than 60 Days Before Tour Start Date:

    • Refund: 80% of the total amount paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

  • 30–59 Days Before Tour Start Date:

    • Refund: 50% of the total amount paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

  • Less than 30 Days Before Tour Start Date:

    • No refund of the total amount paid.

Company-Initiated Cancellations:

  • In the rare event that MoJo Luxury Tours must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a 100% refund of all payments, including the deposit.

  • Alternatively, clients may choose to reschedule the tour at no extra cost.

Rescheduling Requests:

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 45 days in advance of the tour start date.

  • Clients may reschedule their tour once for free.

  • Rescheduling requests made closer to the tour date may incur an administrative fee of ¥10,000–¥20,000.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure they have valid travel documentation and visas if necessary.

  • MoJo Luxury Tours is not liable for issues arising from incomplete travel documents or failure to comply with travel regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • MoJo Luxury Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, transportation companies).

  • We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during the tours unless caused by gross negligence on our part.

7. Force Majeure Clause

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), MoJo Luxury Tours reserves the right to:

  • Offer a credit for a future tour instead of a refund.

  • Modify itineraries to adapt to the situation without liability for changes in schedules or services.
